The company was originally incorporated in October of 1980 as a holding company, managing commercial real estate properties occupied by Air Products. Jeff Colucci, current President, had previously spent 10 years working with Joe Colucci Wrecking, a New Jersey based demolition contractor but left to pursue more turnkey project work.
